Emilcamion Srl has tackled these challenges and invented a revolutionary solution in three-way tippers, Tripost. This new design places great demands on the material used, as a lot of welding is replaced by cold forming. The material has to be very wear-resistant and simultaneously enable a safe and versatile construction without making the tipper too heavy. In addition to this, the material must have good surface properties to enable a good finish of the end product.
