OUR SOLUTION
Ruukki assumed responsibility for the design of the property, as well as the construction of the frame, intermediate floors, façade and roof. Design was completed in June-July 2005, deliveries were made between July and mid-September, and the centre was opened in December. The building features a steel frame, its external walls are made with an element system, and steel profiles were used for the roof. Some 6,000 square metres of intermediate floors were built using Ruukki's composite sheet system.
Logistics formed a crucial part of the total delivery. The products arrived at the site precisely at the times agreed.
