Both schedule and delivery reliability were key issues for EuroMAX's constructor, Keraming a.s. A modern constructor, Keraming ordered the frame and façades on a contracting basis. Because the work had to be completed within an extremely tight schedule, Ruukki's solution know-how and quality were a prominent asset, as were delivery logistics and cost-effectiveness.

Ruukki's delivery ensured the constructor and the developer the results they were looking for. In Trenčin, consumers are now being served by a modern, versatile shopping and entertainment centre in a good location. The centre was opened on schedule and has now been sold to an American investor.

Ruukki and the construction company Keraming have cooperated on many sites since the Max Trenčin project.
